Jacob joined the Midland Group in 2022 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer.  He has a strong background in business and finance combined with a wealth of healthcare domain expertise, gained by serving in leadership roles at both start-up companies as well as multi-billion dollar corporations. Results oriented leader with over 15 years of management and leadership including successfully managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls. Extensive and proven track record in launching new markets, products, and lines of business, including; resource allocation, market penetration and developing strategic and tactical plans for success and profitability.  Focused on the importance of relationships, and a client-first management approach, believing effective communication and alignment on objectives are the fundamental basis for success.
