Jacob Hodge, President and CEO

Jacob joined the Midland Group in 2022 and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer.  He has a strong background in business and finance combined with a wealth of healthcare domain expertise, gained by serving in leadership roles at both start-up companies as well as multi-billion dollar corporations. His expertise and commitment help our client hospitals achieve and maintain financial health, while improving access to healthcare for low income and disadvantaged populations.

Jacob is a results oriented leader with 20 years of management and leadership, including successfully managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls. He has an extensive and proven track record in launching new markets, products, and lines of business, including; resource allocation, market penetration and developing strategic and tactical plans for success and profitability.  Jacob focuses on the importance of relationships, and a client-first management approach, believing effective communication and alignment on objectives are the fundamental basis for success.
